Changes To Your Booking
As we are now operating with limited space, it is very important that you inform us of any changes to your booking with as much notice as possible.
This can be done by phone, email or on our booking system. You can cancel your booking by phone, email or on our booking system – you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Special Dietary Requirements
Please let us know in advance if you or your guests have any special dietary requirements, allergies or restrictions. Without sufficient information & notice, we cannot guarantee that we can offer suitable options.
Please note, refunds may take between 5 and 10 business days to be refunded. All credit card information is held by Stripe, who are an industry leading payments provider.
