    We require your card details to secure your booking. No transaction will take place but these details are held securely through the third party Stripe. Please note that €50 will be taken from your card if your booking is not cancelled within a 24h period and/or if the table isn't back within the stated time frame.

  • Special Occasions

    If there is anything else which you feel would make your dining experience with us more memorable or if you are celebrating a special occasion, please let us know.

     

    Booking Confirmation

    Only upon completion of this booking, a confirmation email will be sent to your email with a unique reference number. Please note that no payment is charged to the card prior to the reservation.

     

    In the unlikely event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part, or is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of €50 would then be charged to the card.

  • Changes To Your Booking

    As we are now operating with limited space, it is very important that you inform us of any changes to your booking with as much notice as possible.

     

    This can be done by phone, email or on our booking system. You can cancel your booking by phone, email or on our booking system – you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.

    Waiting List

    Should your desired date be unavailable/fully booked, feel free to email or call us, so we can add your name to our waitlist and should any cancellations occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

    Special Dietary Requirements

    Please let us know in advance if you or your guests have any special dietary requirements, allergies or restrictions. Without sufficient information & notice, we cannot guarantee that we can offer suitable options.

All credit card information is held by Stripe, who are an industry leading payments provider. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification. All communication with Stripe is via SSL encryption
